Glimpses of Paradise: James Scott Bell: 9781419342523 ~ I generally liked the book, although I'm not sure why it's called "a novel of the 1920s." I'm pretty sure half the book, if not more, is set well before 1920. It's generally well-written and interesting and had a pretty good feel for the time period--not full of anachronisms like so many books purporting to tell a story set a century ago. This one even had a little-known (now) but well-known .
